In order to achieve our ambitious plans of continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Product Manager with UX skills (junior/mid level) to keep developing and growing our products - primarily with our end users in mind. This is a hybrid role, where you will be able to grow your skills in both UX and in the project management area. This is a fixed term contract with great chances to become a permanent position.

What you will do:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and rapid prototypes, leading to intuitive user experiences using Figma or similar tools
• Conduct user research and apply your findings into actionable insights
• Presenting ideas to stakeholders
• Taking the role of project manager from scope to launch
• Responsible for bug testing before launching a new feature
• Prioritizing product backlog items together with the product team
• Proactively identifying areas of improvement

What we want you to bring:

• BA or equivalent degree in Interaction Design or a related design discipline
• 1+ years working experience with human-centered design methods (e.g. User Research, Prototyping & UX Design)
• Experience working in design projects in a product company or a creative agency with a variety of clients
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams
